Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Invisible disabilities such as depression, ADD/ADHD, diabetes, and learning disorders are affecting the workplace as more people join the workforce. However, employees are still hesitant to disclose their invisible disabilities to their employers and request necessary accommodations. They may fear disparate treatment, repercussions or coworker reactions. The presentation investigates coworker's perceptions of invisible disabilities as well as barriers to requesting accommodations.
